Clari Tops Best Sales Software on G2 Crowd's 2018 Winter Grid Report

The G2 Crowd Winter 2018 Grid Report is officially out and we are thrilled to announce that Clari was named highest rated in sales analytics software again!

Clari was named #1 in the relationship index, #1 in the results index, and #1 in the usability index for sales analytics. Most notably (and what we are enormously proud of), Clari beat every player in the space with 96% overall satisfaction.

Here are a few more remarkable stats on Clari from the 2018 Winter Report:

  • 92% are likely to recommend Clari
  • 95% believe Clari is going in the right direction
  • 91% believe Clari meets all of their requirements
  • 94% were satisfied with the ease of doing business
  • 93% were satisfied with the ease of use of the platform

Driving user adoption and ROI for our customers is a top priority for us, so we were extremely happy to see Clari also ranked highest for both categories with 81% average user adoption compared to the category average of 67%.

G2 Crowd is the leading user-review-based enterprise software review site. The scores and ratings are calculated based on a proprietary algorithm that factors in real-user satisfaction ratings from a number of results-related review questions.

For Clari stats, G2 Crowd used over 114 authenticated Clari buyer reviews and data aggregated from online sources and social networks to calculate the scores seen in the official Winter 2018 Grid Report.
