On Sunday, the Bay Area News Group (Mercury News, Contra Costa Times, etc.) announced the winners of its annual Top Workplaces award. We're thrilled to announce that Clari—your favorite predictive sales analytics company—debuted as the #1 tech company (#4 overall) among hundreds of small companies in the Bay Area.
The employee survey, by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, got input from hundreds of San Francisco Bay Area employees to rank companies on culture, management, trust among colleagues and leaders, benefits, compensation, and (a big one for us) whether they truly feel valued.
This award represents what matters most to us: being a place that our team enjoys and a company that we can all believe in. Clari's open and honest, fun, results-oriented culture has always been a priority. We love data in assessing our culture as much as we do in our product, so getting objective confirmation our team feels personally connected to their work and to senior management is a good day.
To Clari, culture matters. A lot. Not just because we're young and building our culture day by day. (We are.) Not just because we want our team to be happy. (We do.)
