Detecting and reporting scams
There has been a rise in scammers impersonating Clari, and fraudulently collecting personal data from victims and/or requesting that victims deposit money. We want to assure you that Clari takes fraud very seriously.
How to protect yourself against impersonation scams
- Legitimate Clari communications will never request your bank details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information (via email, whatsapp, telegram, or text message). If someone claiming to represent Clari has asked for such details, it is not legitimate. Do not provide any information.
- Clari will never ask you to deposit or transfer money to Clari. If someone claiming to represent Clari has asked you to send them money, it is not legitimate. Do not send them money.
- Clari’s applications are explicitly provided through our official platform at clari.com. If someone claiming to represent Clari recommends an application outside of our official platform, it is not legitimate. Do not proceed with any downloads.
- If you’re communicating with someone who claims to represent Clari, make sure the email is coming from an @clari.com email address. If you’re communicating with someone via text or WhatsApp, ask to communicate via their official @clari.com email address.
- When in doubt, do not share your personal or financial details, until you’ve confirmed the authenticity of the communications.
